While i have my sim activated and have confirmed from the Jazz customer center too. I asked if there is an issue in the app, they provided me with an ip link. It shows completely fine there. The username andnpassword are default ones, i have not changed any of them. On link it shows same password, but on app it gives wrong username and password.
