I have recently factory reset the printer and when I try to login with admin + 1111 it says ” Login is currently locked: too many invalid login attempts.”. What I have tried: I have tried waiting 30 mins – didn’t work. I tried waiting 24hrs – still get the same error. I tried hard resetting it – still the same.

Crazyfruit. Locked out of a Xerox Versalink C405. So, a few weeks ago I accidently typed in the wrong admin password for a Xerox Versalink C405. I tried accessing the admin console through the web-interface. No one at the office knew the password, but I did eventually get in by using the printers serial-number.
