To access desktop applications when not using the VPN, you will need to log in to the Virtua network via Citrix. Select the instructions below that correspond with the device you will use to access the network, and download the appropriate PDF.

Browse to https://citrix.virtua.org to access Citrix published applications. Enter you network credentials and click Log On. Enter your security code or one-time password and click submit. Click Accept to agree with the Virtua disclaimer. You may be prompted to install the Citrix Receiver.

Type your network credentials and click Log On button. Enter your security code if you use a soft token or one-time password and click Submit. You may be prompted to upgrade your existing Netscaler Gateway client. Click Ok. (This is a one-time install.) Click Download to install the Netscaler Gateway Plug-In. (This is a one-time install.) Click Run

Sign in to one of the following sites:

Virtua Federation Services. Sign in with your organizational account.

Login to iResponse, click on Search for Providers, enter the last name or license number of the desired provider, then click the Search for Matching Providers button. If you have any questions, please contact the medical staff office by calling 856-355-0335.

Accessing Virtua Citrix via iOS 1. It is mandatory that your Virtua account is registered with Microsoft Authenticator. You will not be able to login without this pre-requisite. Please go to https://www.virtua.org and head to the “For Employees” section for guidance on how to enroll. 2. Download Citrix Workspace if you haven’t already

a. Type in your Virtua username with @virtua.org at the end. Ex: [email protected] (NOTE: This could be different then your email address) b. Type in your password. Click Sign In.
