Claimants who have never filed for Reemployment Assistance (RA) benefits in the State of Florida, or who have not accessed their Reemployment Assistance account since September 1, 2021, must create a new RA account log-in by completing a multi-factor authentication process to access their RA account and to file a claim.

Assistance claim prior to September 2, 2021, enter your Social Security Number or Claimant ID. Enter your PIN. ( Click “Forgot PIN ” if needed to reset your PIN.) Click “Login .“

Request Benefit Payment. After applying for benefits, you need to request benefit payment in Reconnect on a biweekly basis. The Reconnect home page will provide you with your scheduled report date. You will use the “Request Benefit Payment” link on your home page.
