Highlight and copy the password from the e-mail. On the ePM login screen, enter your user ID and paste the password into the password field by pressing Control-V on your keyboard. Press ENTER. ePM opens the security screen. Paste the password again into the “Old Password” field. TAB down and enter a new password twice
