electronic Comprehensive Student Support System (eCSSS) Select Log In below and use your HIDOE LDAP username and password to access the eCSSS Home Page.

eCSSS is the application used by the Hawaii Department of Education to track students who receive supports and services. As an integrated system, eCSSS is the single source for documenting student support activity of all types and service levels.

To log into eCSSS, you must be an authorized user with a valid User Name (the same as your current username in the HIDOE’s Address Book) and Notes WebPassword. Launch Internet Explorer. In the Address line, type https://www.ecsss.k12.hi.us and press <Enter>. Login to connect to the eCSSS homepage.

Occupational Therapy App Available. System Status is monitored and updated only during Help Desk hours. System may be unavailable from 2:00 am to 5:00 am.

DOE Employee Login. Current Employees: Username is your employee ID plus “@k12.hi.us” or [email protected]. Your Employee ID number can be found on your DOE ID badge. Charter school employees should use this format as well. Password is your DOE password as used in Gmail, Infinite Campus, ServiceNow, PDE3 and SSES.

The physical therapy (PT) services mobile app allows providers to enter service logs quickly and accurately from any mobile device. Providers can easily document PT procedures, objectives, and outcomes, as well as data required for Medicaid reimbursement claiming.
