Dropbox at U–M includes: All of the core features (e.g., storage, anytime/anywhere access to files, secure sharing, and more). Advanced data protection (e.g., version history and file recovery, advanced sharing permissions, password protection, granular permissions, and more).

Box is rolling out a new login flow, including a new look, for the Mobile and Desktop apps. This will gradually roll out to the UMICH domain over the coming months. In the new login flow, just enter your @umich.edu address and you are taken directly to the U-M Weblogin screen.

Sign in to use available applications. Login with EMail Address. Next. Sync to one password. Close. By using these resources, you agree to abide by Responsible Use of Information Resources SPG 601.07. and all relevant state and federal laws.

There are two ways to log in using Weblogin: Log in to any Weblogin resource (such as the MCommunity Directory or Wolverine Access), and you will be directed to the Weblogin page, where you can log in with your uniqname and UMICH (Level-1) password.

Staff and faculty currently are eligible for a 15GB account. Those wishing to sign up or who want to learn more about the service can do so at box.it.umich.edu/info. A broader announcement about the service to students, and the Flint and Dearborn campuses, will take place this fall.
