Log into myLumivero (create a profile and account if you don’t already have them—if you have multiple accounts linked to an existing profile, select the one you want from top-right profile menu). On the Dashboard page, from the left navigation, select NVivo. Select Manage Transcriptions.

Log into the myLumivero portal using your personal profile credentials. Select NVivo from the left navigation.

Start a free trial of NVivo. Buy or renew subscriptions to NVivo and the NVivo modules. You can also buy Transcription credits. View your current subscriptions. Manage your myLumivero account, with access to view your purchase history and invoices, and set payment details. Enrol in training courses from NVivo Academy.

When prompted, log into myNVivo. If prompted, select the account with the license that you want to use, (if there are multiple valid licenses in the account you will need to select the license as well).
