The easiest way to access a single application is over the internet. Login once to Workspace (workspace.partners.org) for streamlined access to many applications including Epic Hyperspace, PeopleSoft, and HealthStream.

Many applications are available via workspace.partners.org which does not require you to install VPN. This guide provides helpful information for accessing MGB network resources when not connected to the MGB network. For remote collaboration, Web, Audio & Video Conferencing are available.

1.) Go to https://workspace.partners.org. 2.) Download and Install the Citrix receiver onto your Mac/PC. 3.) After installation has finished, close out of the setup window and back onto the browser. 3.) Login with your Mass General Brigham username and password. 4.) (If available) select Epic Hyperspace.

The Partners VPN portal page provides access to selected Partners Applications and maps your network drives. • Open Internet Explorer and go to http://portal.partners.org/vpn, or Many applications, including Epic Hyperspace, are available through Citrix Workspace. • Go to https://workspace.partners.org/
