You will download the Penn State configuration file and install it on your iOS device, and follow the prompts to setup your account login. Once the setup is complete, return to the list of available wifi networks in the device’s wifi menu, and choose “PSU.”

Students, faculty, and staff members should connect to the “psu” wireless network using their Penn State user ID and password. Visitors or guests to Penn State campus locations should connect to the “psu-guest” wireless network. For more information, visit Penn State Wi-Fi FAQ.

Connecting to PSU Wireless. Around campus, you may see Penn State broadcasting their general access WiFi. This WiFi is called ‘ psu ‘. Follow the steps below to setup access on your laptops, phones and tablets. To connect to the PSU wireless, you will need the SecureW2 software client.

Connect to a Wi-Fi network with Internet access. If on campus, psu-guest is recommended. If you connect to psu-guest, when the welcome page loads, click “Accept & Connect” to get Internet access. Open a web browser and go to wireless.psu.edu . This will take you to the SecureW2 site.
