Forgot Password?

After successfully changing or resetting your password, you will get the following message: Forgotten Password Recovery. For a forgotten password/password recovery, click on Forgot Password. The system will ask for the username and recovery answer for the security question set up for the login.

Recovery Connect Mobile (RCM) is a platform that helps field agents recover assets using mobile technology. It integrates with RecoveryConnect, a web-based system that provides real-time case status, data and mapping features.

Step 1. Log into RCM. Step 2. Select the map icon in the menu bar at the bottom of your screen. Step 3. Select the case on your map. Step 4. Click the additional actions. Step 5. Click on View in Browser to navigate directly to your case. Tip: You will need to have an active session in RecoveryConnect to go directly to the case.
