I can’t login to my account. If you cannot login to your account, then it’s worth trying to reset your password. To request a password reset, please go onto the ‘Log In‘ area and then enter your email address and press the ‘Forgot Password?’ link. You should then get an email within the hour.

Is it just me, or does TopCashBack frequently fail to track? It used to be rock solid for me, but in the past few months I’ve had repeated failures. Currently I have 4x outstanding claims for ALL (Accor Hotels) and one each for Avis and Heathrow Airport Parking, with a total value >£200.

I did not receive any e-mail from them and I have no idea what’s happenning. Message: “oops login failed. Please try again.” Also I’m unable to reset my password. I’m checking it as a Scam on WoT (It’s a addon for FireFox and Chrome). And I recommend that anyone who is suffering the same to place it as a Scam.

TopCashback are notorious of tracking and paying late. Since you opened to a case, they should get back to you within 2-3 weeks or if you’re lucky a bit earlier. But, I’ve been using them for years, and I can say they’re reliable and they do payout, albeit being slow.
